The speed and development of the world, nowadays, many people take care of their own health more than those in the past. Some individuals believe that playing sport or participating in physical exercise have advantage, whereas other believe that it also have some disadvantages.
On the one hand, I must cognize that there are some benefits of participating sport every day. The first, playing sport brings positive effect in physical health. It is factor make reduce disease rate like disease related heart, brain or obesity. Thanks to playing sport every day, the proportion of people, who always stress also significantly decreased. In addition, throughout participating sport, many people can discovery their own hidden talents to become as good soccer.
On the other hand, in some situation, playing sport also have disadvantage. For example, if you play sport like hiking, football, basketball, which needs more energy of players in long time, you will easy loss lots of energy leads to feel tired to starting work in the tomorrow. Moreover, you can injury whenever you are not careful. In special situation such as with people have disease related heart, playing sport, especially dangerous sport will not encourage because may be it is mainly reason leads to die of patient. This people need encourage join in yoga to be sure that they still have good health.
In conclusion, it seems evident that playing sport or physical exercise has their own unique advantage and disadvantage. Player should consider basing on their health status to choose correct kind of sport.
