Overall, during the 32 year-period, High education still hold the highest percentage of local authority in Someland. By contrast, the Other rate wasn’t at the least significant ratio at the beginning but it was at that proportion in the end.
In particular, from 1980 to 2002 the proportion of the Environment was the only sector which increased to exactly 5% from 4% at 1980 to 9% in 2002. Meanwhile the amount of spending by the Someland’s local authority in the Other rate and K12 Education ratio which was at 5% and 7% lower.
On the other hand, the data of Health and Human resources and High education slightly fluctuated around 10%and 6% higher in 1990. In 2002 they both generally declined into 5% at High education and 10% at Health and human resources. The Transportation also fluctuated with 10% lower in 1990 and was at precisely 20% in 2002.
