Chữa bài IELTS Task 2
Many students have to study subjects which they do not like. Some people
think this is a complete waste of time. Do you agree or disagree with
this statement? At many schools, most of student are not allowed to drop subjects which
they are not interested in. While it is said that this totally loses time,
I do believe that this will give their career a competitive edge
afterwards.
On the one hand, no one can deny that when students are forced to take all
subjects equally, it is hard for them to have enough time to study these
subjects properly. Futhermore they have less time to spend on their subject
preference. Consequently, not only are they more like to lose interest in
education but also under a lot of pressure.
On the other hand, studying compulsory subjects will broaden
students’horizon in variety of aspects such as: historty, culture, art,
etc. Besides, it is appropriate for their desired career path when they can
realize what their real interest is through learning different kinds of
subject. Most importantly, the job market is becoming demanding. Almost of
employers expect their candidates to be skilled in various fields. As a
results, gaining knowledge in diverse subject during school years will
definitely increase students’ employment opportunity.
In conclusion, it is certainly true that studying many subjects at the same
time may take a lot of time, but this is by no means that it offers
students great advantages in future job.Attachments:
