The bar graph depicts the effects on the work performance by different kinds of factors at a major company. As it is observed from the graph, the survey was collected and divided into two age groups which are employees with aged from 18-30 and those aged 45-60.
In overall, the employees who are in 18-30 age group seemed to be easily affected by different kinds of factors than their older counterparts in their work performance, except in the colleagues respecting aspect. Both of two age groups illustrated the same of impacted level on the job performance in some aspects, which are money, work environment, job satisfaction, competent boss, and team spirit.
To be specific, almost 90 % of worker between the age of 18 and 30 was affected by the chance for personal development, while other age group was merely a haft of the figure. The same trend was showed in the relaxed working environment and promotion prospects. The other striking feature was that almost 70 % of the employee in 46-60 age groups was affected by money on their job performance. It also amazed to realize that only 20 % of this age group was impacted by the job security, which was somewhat alarming.
