When choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It true that when people seek a job, it depends on the salary. While someone think that the salary is an essential factor, I believe that instead of salary, they choose a job base on more important considerations.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why people should choose high-paying job. The first reason is that the high-salary can respond and guarantee for their standard – living. With high-salary, people can buy anything which they need. For example, people can buy a convient house, go traveling in holiday and go shopping. Furthermore, people will be more committed and have more motivation when they get higher-salary. For example, if the head of the companies offer have a pay rise or a perk, people will work hard and enhance their performance.
On the other hand, job seekers have different reason to choose a job. Firstly, satisfied job is nessecary for their life when people choose a job. For example, information technology and banker are job that can get high-salary but they make people stressed out and have to work overtime. Moreover, people would like to get a job with comfortable and friendly enviroment instead of seeking high-paying job. In addition to that, contributing to the community is another reason to consider a job that people work towards society. For instance, some people would like to take a gap and go around the world to help other people such as disable children, homeless chidren.
In conclusion, it is certainly true that high-salary is one of reason when people choose a job, but this is by no means the most important when people seek a job for their career.
