Over the following 5 years, the numbers of Vietnamese students learning in France and Russia witnessed a considerably decline of 1 millions, whereas that in America went up to 2 millions.
From 2005 to 2010, the number of Vietnamese students studying in France remained stable at around 2.5 millions before experiencing a sharp rise to 4.5 millions in 2015. At the same time, the figures for America went up steadily and then reached the peak at 5 millions, precisely. Meanwhile, after felling to under 2 millions in 2010, the numbers of Vietnamese students learning in Russia seen a gradual growth to 2.5 millions at the end of period.
