The given data describes the proportion of male and female in Australia who participated in daily exercises in different age groups in 2010.
Overall, the percentage of females who did more exercise is higher than the percentage of males expect the teenagers group.
As you can see that mainly women who aged 45 to 54 do more exercises that accounted for 53.3 percent. However, young females were not as active as males at teenagers group. Likewise, at the seniors group, the proportion of men and women who did regular physical activity was nearly the same at 46.7 percent and 47.1 percent, respectively.
With respect to the male’s proportion, the largest percentage of males who aged 15 to 24 got involved in regular exercises is 52.8 percent but this figure decreased steadily in 39.5 percent at 35 to 44 age group. However, between 45 to 54 age group and aged 65 and over the percentage of activism rose gradually from 43.1 percent to 46.7 percent.
