Range of modules offered
The given table illustrates the percentage of students who give good ratings for five distinctive aspects of a university in the years 2000, 2005, and 2010. Overall, print resources were received the most good ratings while the range of modules offered got the least good ratings from students over the period.
In 2000, 65% and 87% of students gave good ratings for teaching quality and print resources respectively. After that, there was a slight decrease in teaching quality by 2% while the figure for print resources slowly increased to 89% in 2005. In 2010, teaching quality and print resources accounted for 69% and 88% relatively. In the meantime, electronic resources moderately rose from nearly a half in 2000 to 72% in 2005 and around 90% in 2010.
On the other hand, the range of modules offered was responsible for almost a third in 2000, then it fell mildly to 30% and 27% in 2005 and 2010 respectively. By contrast, the proportion of students giving good ratings for buildings/ teaching facilities remained stable at just over three-quarter during the period.
