The first stage is when grapes are picked and collected and then they are put in anaerobic condition from 2 to 3 weeks before being put in crushing machine. After grapes are crushed, they are continually transported to pot ale to ferment with skin. The process continues with separating skins and stems before being pressed in the drainer. At the same time, free run juice goes to pot ale in order to ferment without skin. After pressing in the drainer, juice also is collected at the pot ale.
At the next step, this mixture is clarified through filter, and then they are brought in to oaken cask for maturation stage from 6 to 24 months. Lastly, liquid is added acid and sugar in taste adjustment process to finish bottled stage and ready for sales.
