It is clear that the biggest change that took place in the Riverside is the duplication of residential area. Additionally, underdeveloped land had completely disappeared by 2010.
In 2007, In the Northwest of the town, there was no construction. However, this site was replaced by a residential area in the later year. In contrast, the existing residential housing area towards the South of the river remained unchanged. The central business district had been expanded with a little movement to the East of the town.
In 2010, The Northeast of Riverside witnessed the birth of a big Luxury residential housing area and an airport in the site of underdeveloped land in 1970. Furthermore, the golf course emerged in the Southeast of the town. It is worth noting that high speed rail link sprung up, connecting the newly built residential housing area to the Golf course on one way and passing central business district on the other way, forming a triangle link in the middle of the town
