Whether or not someone achieves their aims is mostly by a question of luck. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
In recent years, being successful by luck has been receiving a great deal of public attention. Although this opinion is true in some certain cases, it can not be be applied to all.
There are a whole host of reasons why luck becomes a trend toward people when they want to achieve aim. First, since basing on luck, many people do not work hard, this is not only a dangerous excuse for lazy people but also a huge loss for them. In fact, despite of the number of people that buy lottery every day, waiting for a big winning but not working, there are only a few of them who are fortunate enough to win money, which means that the others are losing their money and time. Second, by winning a lottery, people usually run out of it after. This is because they did not work hard to get this budget, it just simply come to them without any reasons but lucky, so when it comes to expend, people do not need to think considerably.
On the other hand, though luck is essential, it does not count that much in reaching goal. First, luck is only an extra element on huge successes because it is ability that counts more. For example, International Vietnam football team will not get first prize of AFF cup if they only pray for luck and stop practicing to improve their ability. However, luck also contributes partly to their big win game. Thank to working hard, they got chances to play in that game and luck sometimes came after at the field leading them to the huge victory.
In conclusion, without hard working, luck do more harm than good for people to achieve aim.
