Many employees may work at home with the modern technology .Some people
claim that it can benefit only the workers,not only the employers.It is a
positive or negative development.

In recent decades,over dependence on working at home with advances of
technology becomes more popular in the world .Although some people think
that this trend just advantages for employees not for the managers,I
believed online working is win-win solution for bosses and workers.

It is reasonable that workers have done their tasks by technological
breakthrough nowdays.In other words, by sitting at home , people not only
accomplish their mission but also reduce some power especially their
commuting time.Since business is computerized ,the place where work is not
really important particularly special work such as data analyst which just
need to research data on the internet and analyse the database.In fact,It
is not easy to go to work in the peak period in the city , which spend too
much both of time and power.Therefore, If face to face is not really
necessary for these works, working at home is an effective ways to
complete.

On the other hand , employees work at home help companies to cut down some
expenditures.Various companies must grant pay and allowences including
dining and commuting which spend much money on companies’s budget.Beside
,to some start-up , workplace is smaller than that of big company so
working at home is conductive to work in order to avoid narrow space.For
example ,in stead of paying 6000.000 VND for the employee’s salary with
allowences,a boss just pays for 5000000 VND to anemployee who work at
home.Therefore, It’s a best and econmized ways.

In conclusion , working at home is benefit for employees and employers.We
should stimulate the development of technology due to take process working
at home more easier.
