More and more students choose to go to another country for their higher education. What is the benefits and problems associated with it?
Nowadays, many people choose to go overseas to get higher education. There are advantages and disadvantages for students to start styding plan in a new country.
There are many benefits of studying abroad countries.Firstly,international qualifications which are achived from these schools can help them to open doors in their career. This is because better educational system include international prestigious universities and modern schooling curriculum with the engagement of experienced educators. Secondly, we have more opportunities to use and studying new languages effectively. Study abroad offers international students an opportunity to get exposure to/ approach native speakers and therefore improve pronunciation.Finally, have a chance to explore new cultures. For example, not only could abroad students in Korea experience local cuisines such as bimbap, gimbap, kimchi but also gain a great amount of knowledge related to traditional fashion style like Hanbok which Koreans maily wear it on holidays or celebrations.
One difficulty is that abroad study costs students a great deal of money. It is common knowledge that students who study abroad might pay/afford more exorbitant fees such as living fee, accommodation fee, tuition fee. Another difficulty is intigrate into local society and adapt to new learning environments lead to social isolation and even suffer from the culture shock. Besides, weather conditions would really affect student when they have to adapt to a different climate in a new country.
In conclusion, studying abroad really show various benefits and open good paths to success. But students should learn obstacles and get ready before relocating to a new place.
