The table provides information on the total number of Ashdown Museum visitors, whereas the pie charts compare level of tourists’ satisfaction the year before and the year after the refurbishment.
Overall, it can be generally seen from the table that people started to visit the museum more frequently since its refurbishment. Meanwhile, less people feel comparatively dissatisfied when visiting over the period.
Looking at the figures for more details shows that there has been a decline in the percentage of dissatisfied and extreme dissatisfied travelers after the refurbishment, from 40% and 10% down to 15% and 5% respectively. Furthermore, while level of pure satisfaction increased significantly to 40% compared to 30% before the refurbishment, the rate for super satisfied visitors boosted dramatically more than double, from 15% to 35%. As regard to those who have no response at all, the proportion remained fairly the same during the period.
