The graph below compares the changes in the birth rates of China and the USA between 1920 and 2000. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The line graph illustrates the proportion of birth in both of China and the USA from 1920 to 2000.
Overall, the birth rate of two countries went up and down together on the beginning as well as the ending period. Meanwhile, between 1930 and 1945, the birth rate changed drastically.
In particular, at the first 5 years from 1920 to 1925, the birth rate of the USA were higher than itself of China for 2%, which were both increased slightly 2%. While, in 1955, both of these rates met each other at about 14%. At the end of the period of time,the proportion of not only the USA wa but also China declined gradually from 1960 to 2000 which hit 7% and 3% respectively.
On the other hand, the birth rate between 1935 and 1940 of the USA decreased considerably from 13,5% to 5%, at the same time, China reached 10% lower on its birth rate. From 1943 to 1947, giving birth statistic of these two countries went up incredibly appropriately 10% for the USA and 15% for China. In 1950, proportion of birth in China held the highest position at 20%, which was 5% higher than that at the USA.
