Đề bài: It is more important for school children to learn about local history than world history.
To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

History always play an important part in our life everday, especially in school, teachers need to teach their students about their origin, they really need to know what their fathers and brothers did to protect the sovereignty of the country. An important thing which I agree that we should teach our next generation the local history in order to know exactly about the history of our hometown.
Firstly, teaching history of our hometown is for sure indispensable part of school’s curriculum during student’s education. History not only lets children know exactly their origin but also develops their patriotism. If they can see the value of effort of previous generation they will love country more than ever.
They will respect the peace, they will do anything in their power to remain the pacific. It also helps students what to do to contribute to the development of the country.
Secondly, that does not mean we can ignore the history of the world. Learning world history helps our children understand more specific the situation of the world in the past, how it connected to the history of our country so that we and our next generation can deal with problems may come in the future. We can also learn from experience of developed countries, what they did and how they did it to make their countries became more powerful. If our next generation can understand the lessons from other countries in the past, they will use it in a creative way to build our hometown become as powerful as other countries in the world.
Overall, learning history, especially local history not only makes us proud of our originbut it also gives us the mission to build our contry become a powerful nation, a peaceful place for people to live, and that is the real meaning of history.
