Making job for children as part-time employment is a common trend in most developing nations nowadays. However, it’s not doubtful that more useful basic skills or the competence could be acquired and certain that that widen the vision of the child towards life and make him a man of responsibility.
On the one hand, employing kids will give them a chance to gain many valuable work experiences. This could be a special achievement for them before growing up to adolescence and dealing with the easy independent life for long. For instant, if the child is gifted with some entrepreneurship analytical ability, this knowledge from working at the store like sales assists a lot to establish his own company and have an opportunity to provide jobs for other people in need. Thus, the life will be more successful thanks to his childhood skills and acomplishments.
On the other hand, mostly children work for earning lucre and paying their school fees, which helps to make them aware of their responsibility. It’s undeniable that this norm norm could take away the enjoyment of the infants. Childhood is only time when they can have comfortable revelry with their parents and friends instead of earning money or thinking about about the responsibility of paying bills, school fees. As a result, this tendency has a very detrimental effect on children’s psychology.
However, I’m certain that it is better to allow the children to do light work for practical experiences in place of working part-time and if the child is desiring a big dream, assuring that getting for an early work is such a good choice.
