The chart below show the levels of participation in education and science in developing and industrialized countries in 1980 and 1990.
Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below.

ANSWER:
As is shown by the chart, there were some differences in levels of participation in education and science among developing and industrialized countries between 1980 and 1990. The comparison was based on three criterion, Average years of schooling, Scientist and Technicians per 1000 people and Spending on Research and Development. In developed countries, it was recorded that it steadily grow in all of those criterion. While in developing countries, the spending on Research and Development has been declined from about fifty billion US dollars in 1980 to around twenty billion US dollars in 1990. The speed’s development of industrialized countries in education and science was also higher than the developing countries. For examples, the number average years of schooling has increased from eight to ten in industrialized countries, on the contrary it was only from two to three in developing ones. And the number of scientist and technicians per 1000 people only raised from around ten to fifteen in developing countries, whereas it was from around forty to seventy in developed ones.
