The given map chart illustrates two option sites of a new school, which is planned in the area in the town of Canterbury.
Overall, it is evident that the first option, S1, is in the countryside, while the second site, S2, is in the town center. The data also indicate that the distance between two sites school is significant far.
Firstly, the S2 is in the heart of Canterbury, where isn’t traffic zone, so really hard to travel. In addition, there is a 7-km-distance from here to the Chartham, where has 45000 people alive. Meanwhile, the first plan is in the north east of town, there is just 5-km-distance to go the Sturry, whose population is 7000, by the main road.
Besides, there were striking similarities between the distance from the university to S1 site and S2 site. However, the S1 lies outside the housing, where far away from the west housing area. Meanwhile, the second site is surrounded by the housing, so all the resident of the town is convenient to go here.
