Why do Vietnamese people like to go to celebrations like wedding ceremony?

(Would you please give me a detail feedback on my pronunciation and intonation performance :D, I want to know if you can hear clearly every word I say, especially those sounds like “dr” or “pr”,.. so that I can practice more to improve my weaknesses. I also find my voice a little low and irritating, and I wonder if that can be a problem in Ielts Speaking. Thank you ^^ )
