Chữa bài IELTS Task 1
The bar chart illustrates yearly the changing patterns of the GDP Growth of three countries Tunisia, Japan and Ecuador from 2007 to 2010. The units are measured in per cent.
In general, the three figures showed different trends throughout these years. While the figure of Ecuador showed an irregularity, there were a downward trend and an upward trend recorded for respectively Tunisia and Japan.
Ecuador, in term of the GDP growth, tended to decline, with some rises on 2008 and 2010. This figure, which initially stood at just over 3%, jumped to just under 5% in 2008, but the momentum of raising did not maintain, it fell down suddenly to just over 1% in 2009 before having a slight recovery by 1% in 2010 and became a country with the lowest GDP growth at this year.
By contrast, the other two countries showed the clear trends. Looking more closely at Japan whose the GDP growth was initially 2%, it demonstrated a non-stop development in 4 years and reached to its peak at approximately 6,5% in 2010. This upward trend shifted Japan from the lowest GDP growth country in the beginning of the period becoming the country with the highest GDP growth in the end of the period. On the contrary, the figure of Tunisia experienced a non-stop decrease: beginning at 6,5% in 2007, it declined significantly by the next three years and and reached its lowest point at 3% in 2010.
In general, Japan became a country with the highest GDP growth in 2010. Tunisia and Ecuador cannot get out of the economic crisis in 2008 for many reasons.Attachments:
