Leaders and directors in an organisation are normally older people. Some people think younger leader would be better. Do you agree or disagree?
The topic centering on whether in an enterprises managers should be senior or younger people has become as an open-ended question in recent years. While I accept that there are several benefits for companies when leaders are the older generation, I believe that it had better for young adults to become directors of corporations.
The begin with, there are plenty of reasons why supervisors are often elder people. Firstly, because senior leaders passed a long-term process of learning and worrking, the hace accumulated valuable experience for several years. As a result, they have more experience in managing firms and motivating employees compared to people with little controlling experience. Therefore, the operation of companies will be better and make a huge profit. Secondly, elder people have devoted to the organizations for tremendous years, they have a powerful speech among employees. This make it possible for making decision easier and quicker.
On the other hand, I hold the idea that leadership role should be undertaken by youngsters. The first reason is the creativity, the activeness of the young generation. Because they live in morden life and active environment, they are usually ready to learn new knowledge, and especially they do not worry about challenges. Therefore, they have unique ideas to develop and expand the operating areas of companies to keep pace with the worldwide economic progress. Furthermore, nowadays, with the advanced educational system, younger people have more opportunities to approach high-qualified education and international knowledge. For example, young adults are likely to study abroad to pursue advanced courses out of the fatherland to broaden their mind as well as improve management’s knowledge. Then, they will put these knowledge gained into practice to develop their companies’ projects as well as have promotion opportunities.
In conclusion, although there is a number of benefits of elder leaders, leadership roles should be delegated by the young generation.Attachments:
