4. Some people think that there should be more strict controls about noise. Others think that they could just make as much as noise as they want. Discuss both views and give your opinion?

In recent years, there is a growing recognition of the influence of noise pollution. Some people believe that they have the right to generate noise as much as they want to, whereas I would argue that the noise levels should be controlled strictly.

On the one hand, there are several reasons that people can make noise as much as they want. First, in modern society, acting noise is sometimes considered as a type of necessary social activities. For instance, there are many events happening in our daily life, such as wedding parties, company workshops where individuals would be willing to play songs on full volume and dance until midnight, which makes them relaxed and satisfied. Second, producing noise is unavoidable in infrastructure works. As the world is becoming more developed, a variety of buildings, stations, and roads need to be repaired under construction activities along with the existence of noise levels to accommodate more people and reduce traffic congestion.

On the other hand, I believe that people should control the levels of noise due to some reasons. To begin with, excessive noise levels can affect seriously people’s health issues, especially psychological health. It might cause sleeping disorder to the old people, without a good sleep leading to problems related to fatigue, being responsible for their performance going down at work or school. Additionally, constant exposure to loud levels of noise can easily result in the hearing problem. Our ears can take a certain range of sounds without getting damage to our health. As an example, some extremely loud noises such as machinery, airplane and even vehicle might be out of the range and it could make severe damage for our eardrums.

In conclusion, while there are many reasons explaining the free existence of noise levels, I believe that people should limit the levels of noise.
