Topic: Some people prefer to work for a large company.
Others prefer to work a small company. Which would you prefer?
Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice.There is an argument between two groups of people, one choose to work for a large company and the other prefer a small company. With my private opinion, I would like to dedicate myself in a reputational company. This essay gives two reasons that support to my opinion.
Firstly, a big company often offer higher salary, good allowance and other attractive policies. One of the key to success of that company is to take good care of their employees. The employers always think manpower is the most important factor leading their company to development. Therefore, bringing satisfaction to their staff is the mandatory method to achieve success. For instance, a large company in Ho Chi Minh City can offer candidate from 500 USD per month. But there is other considerations we need to think beside the money we get.
Secondly,when we become a part of large company, we can work in professional environment and our personal skills can easy to develop. Because those company is always the target that good employees really want to join. So, this is the chance for us to work closely with them and study from them not only knowledge but also valuable experiences. For an example, if you are a potential employee, big company will have plan to help you better by give you money to attend some classes or arrange you to go abroad to take training courses. Anyway, some people may not want to study more and this condition in some situations is not preferable.
In conclusion, company size is not really an important to candidate. Their decision also depend on other factors. But from my side, a big company is my objective that I need to work harder to achieve.Cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều vì đã gửi bài!

Thực tế trong bài này, bạn hoàn toàn có thể chọn phân tích theo kiểu “balanced”, nghĩa là so sánh tương xứng các mặt từ cả hai phía đối lập nhau. Song, vấn đề với những bài kiểu này, là ý kiến cá nhân (thường mang tính chủ quan) của bạn không được bộc lộ rõ ràng, mà vì IELTS Task 2 yêu cầu người viết phải thể hiện nhận định của cá nhân trong tất cả các đề viết, cách viết kiểu này rất khó có thể đạt được điểm số cao về mảng ý kiến các nhân. Những gì mình suggest bạn là chọn một trong 2 phía: Large company hoặc Small company để viết, bởi chúng dễ viết hơn nhiều so với bài Sample này. Xin lỗi bạn vì đã chọn một bài Sample khiến bạn phân vân như vậy.

One of the most controversial issues today relates to whether working in a large or a small company is a better option. From my everyday experience and observation, I believe that a large corporation offers more opportunities to their employees than a small one. In this essay, I will give some examples to support my opinion.
Firstly, the main reason for believing this is that it provides more opportunities for development such as having international travels and education. For instance, one of the most well-known Hungarian multinational companies offered their employees a free language course to increase their level of English. Moreover, acquiring new knowledge is beneficial not only for the employees but also for the firm in general. In order to accomplish that, companies obviously have to give professional training to skilled workers who are competent enough to achieve success in both the national and international markets. From this point of view, working for a large corporation seems to be more advantageous.
Secondly, there is no doubt that spending valuable years at a well-known firm can be a huge benefit in the labor market if one decides to apply for another job. For example, employers generally favor applicants with strong references and experience over those who worked for small unknown businesses and participated in only small-scale projects. In fact, those who are working on a large-scale project, having the opportunity to be in a remarkable team and contributing to significant projects will have more respects in the labor market. Thus, it must be acknowledged that working for a multinational corporation or just a large national company is a huge advantage.
In conclusion, the mentioned reasons and examples have clearly shown that large firms undoubtedly provide their employees with more opportunities either from the view of development or from the view of labor market.
