It is better for children to grow up in the countryside than in a big city.
To what extend do you agree or disagree?
It is sometimes argued that children would rather be brought up in the countryside than in a big city. I totally disagree with this idea.

On the one hand, I accept that it is essential for children to grow up in a healthy environment in the countryside. The vast open spaces, the fresh air and the feeling of freedom in the countryside excite children a lot. There is so much space for them to play. For instance, they can run around the field and shout out loud without disturbing anybody. If they possess no lessons at school, they can go flying kites with their friends. As a result, they will experience unforgettable time in their childhood. This example clearly shows that the wholesome environment not only improves health but also diversifies lifestyle.
At the same time, I believe that city life has increasingly developed with the advancement of education and technology that helps children undergo various beneficial effects. Firstly, educational institutions in cities are well-equipped with modern teaching methods and facilities and obtain more qualified and trained professionals that help students substantially improve their knowledge about the subjects and harvest positive social skills. Furthermore, the internet has become a major source for children to search information they want to gain in a very fast way. In addition, proper medical treatment and facilities of medicine is also play a vital role in children’s life. There is more medical equipment in the city than in the country and as a consequence, children are better treated.

For the reasons mentioned above, I strongly believe that growing up in the city is much further enhanced than growing up in the country.
