Task 2: Some people believe that studying at university or college is the best route to a successful career, while others believe that it is better to get a job staight after school. Discuss both view.

People have different views about how students should make a decision for their future after graduation. While there’re benefits to getting a job straight after school, others suppose that pursuing higher education is the best option to assure a successful career.
On the one hand, going into the work force without a diploma is attractive for several reasons. Firstly, making money in the early years of youth may make young people more independent and mature. Because when students have to work and earn money by themselves to buy their own things, they will really appreciate the value of money. As a result, they will know how to use their money wisely and only expend such money for the most important purposes. The second reason is that working brings more practical experiences and essential skills to young people in their chosen professions- specific occupations such as dancer, artist or carpenter, etc. In other words, the more experiences and skills a person gains, the easier it is for him to achieve success. Therefore, those who start a new job instead of continuing studying at university or college are likely to progress rapidly in their career.
On the other hand, there are variety of reasons why many people still decide to pursue higher-level qualifications. First of all , it is obvious that higher education gives people who want to pursue it certain advantagesin the labor market. A university education provides young people specialized knowledge as well as necessary skills to meet the requirements of the employers. It is true that there are some occupations which need special trainning such as doctor, teacher or engineer, etc. Besides, obtaining an advanced degree also helps candidates make a good impression on the recruiters. University graduates usually tend to be paide better wages than those without such qualifications. Furthermore, the job market is getting increasingly competitive, so arrcording to the advice of human resource officers, applicants getting a higher degree overwhelm others with little or no formal education in chasing the top jobs.
In conclusion, it is undeniable that both working straight after school and following higher level studies, each view has unique positive points.
