The table compares data on the proportion of population in the Australia and Malaysia and how the rates changed from 1980 to 2002.
Overall, the total population of both nations decreased over the period of 22 years. In additionally, while both countries saw the slight increase of all datas notable exception of birth rate.
Looking at the total population of Australia, there was a moderate rise throughout 22 years. The figure of people living in Australia was 14,7 millions and 2002 millions, in 1980 and 2002 respectively. In spite of the fact that there was few people live in Malaysia in 1980, just 13,7 million people, this figure show a boom to 24,3 in the latter year. Another similarity among those countries is that they maintained a balance between male and female population.
