The three graphs illustrate the data for types of accommodation of people on holiday in 1985, 1995 and 2005.
Overall, almost all of the people prefer staying with relatives/friends rather than going out. However, in 2005, the number of people using hotels on holiday increase significantly, which reaches thirty – seven percent in 1995.
As can be seen from the three graphs, there was a considerable rise in the number of tourists using hotels in 1995 and 2005. Meanwhile the amount of travellers using this type in 2005 was twice as much as that in 1985, this figure for caravans in 1985 and 2005 was relatively low, which accounted for ten percent and fourteen percent in 1985 and 2005 respectively.
Noticeably, there has been a gradual decrease in the number of people staying with relatives over three years. Rather, they tend to settle down in hotels. However, the year 2005 saw the number of people drop quickly. In addition, the figure for people going camping was dramatically fluctuated.Attachments:
