The table illustrates the data on the responses of students who assessed five different services of a university in 3 separated years 2000, 2005 and 2010
Overall, while most students gave good ratings for print resources, a variety of modules offered was less favorable. In addition, a university saw some improvements in training quality and electronic facilities.
It is evident that in the year 2000, 87% of students appreciated the printing facilities and this evaluation remained stabilized in 2 different years, 2005 and 2010. Likewise, we saw a constant assessment in other facilities in terms of building and teaching, with 77% of students in 3 years enjoying this service. There was a slight enhancement on the quality of training and therefore, the positive feedbacks of students regarding to this category increased from 65% in 2000 to 69% in 2010.
However, the great changes happened in electronic resources. In 2000, although only 45% of students seemed to satisfy with this facility, this proportion rose dramatically to 72% in 2005 and nearly doubled with 88 % in 2010. In contrast, the variety of provided courses was not highly evaluated, as only 32 % of students enjoyed the offered modules and this figure gradually declined to 30% and 27% in 2005 and 2010 respectively.
