The line graph compares three countries in terms of the proportion of people making use of the Internet from three different nations over a period of 1999 to 2009.
It is clear that throughout the period, the number of Internet users from the countries shown in the graph had a upward trend. Mexico had the lowest percentage of citizens using the Internet.
In 1999, Mexico had merely 4% of its inhabitants using the Internet, the percentage of people utilizing the Internet was about 10, which was a half of the figure for USA. In 2005, the number of Internet users in USA and Canada rose significantly to approximately 65% individually while the number of folks using the Internet accounted for just above 30%.
Over the following 4 years, the proportion of internet users in Mexico had a slight increase by 10%. Meanwhile, the percentage of Internet users in USA and Canada hit 95% and 82% respectively.
