The table describes the percentages of household earnings consumed on four basic demands every month in five Europe nations
Overall, food and drink, housing account for the majority of family spendings, while the figures for clothing and entertainment are well lower.
Turkey and Spain show a large ratio of monthly household income spent on Food and Drink and Housing, with 36% and 31% respectively. In comparison, the figures for France, Greman, and the UK are lower, with roughly 25%. Spending on housing has the reserve trend to the record of Food and Drink. While only 20% and 18% of family revenue in Turkey and Spain paying for housing each month, the data recorded in other countries are much higher, the lowest figure is 31% in France.
France and Spain’s rate of household income used to consume clothing are minor, under 10%, whereas the figures for Germany and Turkey are 15% and 12%, respectively. Only in the UK, the data on clothing and entertainment are equal, at 11%. German and Spain’s people used 19% and 15% of their family income for entertainment, followed by 13% of France and 10% of Turkey.
