The initial table compares the number of people who visit Ashdown Museum in two years, before and after the refurbishment. The following pie charts give the breakdown of visitors’ evaluation between the transformation.
Overall, after being refurbished, the number of visitors coming to the mentioned Museum rose significantly. Sharing the same trend, there would be more positive feedback from those who visit here.
Before the renovation, there were merely 74,000 of people coming to Ashdown Museum. Moreover, according to the first pie chart, 40% of them showed the dissatisfaction while only 30% of them felt fulfilled. However, more people felt extremely satisfied than very dissatisfied, which were 15% and 10%, respectively. Vaguely, small amount of them did not give any comment, at only 5%.
Surprisingly, after the refurbishment, approximately 20,000 more people visit the Museum compared to the previous year. Nevertheless, the second survey seems to be progressive, it is up to 35% of visitors show extreme pleasure and 40% others show fulfilment towards this place. Additionally, the dissatisfaction feedback drops to only 15% and very dissatisfaction category falls either to 5%. However, the survey remains 5% of no comment.
