The two maps show the main changes which will be planed building in the civic centre.
In general, it appears that the civic centre will become a much more modern centre, with far more entertainment services and bigger vehicle park area.
If we look at the change plans, Concert Hall and Shopping Center will have been remained when Library will be knocked down to give place to Exhibition Hall which will be made smaller than that existing building.
A futher development is that Council Office will be removed to make way for a new building, including Open Park & Undergroud Car Park whereas old Car Park areas will be made into Theatre in the left corner and Hotel & Restaurant in the right corner that expand the other service for these center to atract citizens. The final interesting change is that the recent Exhibition Hall’s location will be became Council Office.
