The three maps show the main changes which have taken place in the village of Kelsbey from 1780 to 2000.
In general, it appears that the Kelsbey village has become a much more modern village, with far more homes and facilities.
In 1860, the number of homes living in this village doubled that in 1780, similarly, one interesting change is that a bridge was built, connecting the village with the other places. On the contrary, there was an dramatical decrease number of farms and woods, exceedingly twice times.
If we look at the development of village in 2000, all farms and woods was knocked down to make way for new houses because the figure of citizens grew rapidly, at 500 homes whereas two new roads was constructed, linking the residential areas with river and with the public areas including schools and sports fields. It is interesting to note that a plenty of shops was erected along the river and the appearance of wetland for birds in the end of river.
