Leadership is really important with any organisation, team so on. Some
people were born with natural leadership however, others think that
leadership can be taugh teach. In my perspective of view, successful
leadedship need to combina both inborn virtue and persistence training.

Agreeably, each person was born with leaderdship talent the ability to
convinece, intelligent so on. Speaking talent is necessary because leader
inspire, guide to everybody to work through presentations. In fact, people
as Brack Obama is great speaking to inspire passion and enegry in others.
It is one may be blessed with at bith. Furthermore, director also need be
smart to analyze face emergencies and figure out causes. It are a
significant element important when leader meet terriable cases to solve
one. This is a characteristic which a genetic.

On the other hand, each person when they were born have diffrent
talent such as a amzing music gift, writing talent. Besides that, to become
a good director also need to practice and traning overtime. In addiction,
researchers show that confidence can be excerise. Confidence is factor
important with leadership. If you are self-possessed, leareds heed the
leader is direction. For true really instance, my best friend when she was
a child, she was very shy and can not talked fond of cowed suddently, she
has struggle to make a name for herself due to she has a fulfill her dream
that is famous speaker.

In conclusion, leadership require innate traits and over time with
education training. I think that nature virtue is easy to beceome good
leadership besides that i believe everyboedy can become a great management.
