There is no doubt about the development of music, but many people still have not been able to comprehend the true meaning of music brought in our lives. While some people believe that music is one of the indispensable things in society today, whereas others think that it is simply understood as a way for enjoyment.

On the one hand, several people believe that music is just one of the personal pleasures. First of all, listening to music, like pop music, provides us a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. The use of many songs is released with soothing rhythms and catchy melodies, which can encourage helping to reduce the pressure at work or in study. Moreover, many types of music are capable of bringing energy. It’s a fact that after numerous people listen to their favorite songs, they find that their spirits are more cheerful and lucid to work, as a result, the productivity will rightly be enhanced.

On the other hand, in addition to entertainment, we should emphasize the integral part of music in life. Firstly, it contributes significantly to the culture and traditions of each country. Many impressive works are composed and become popular in the media, which helps both the singers and musicians to gain their reputation as well as makes their nations get famous all over the world. Secondly, music is being increasingly applied in health and medical area. Many doctors and psychologists are using music more in treatments to bring patients positive feelings, who have neurological or mental problems.

In a nutshell, music is not only for humans’ amusements, but also plays a vital part in many aspects of life.
