Some people think that universities should provide graduates with the knowledge and skills needed in the workplace. Others think that the true function of a university should be to give access to knowledge for its own sake, regardless of whether the course is useful to an employer.
What, in your opinion, should be the main function of a university?

Whether a university’s role should be got ready graduates for specific jobs or simply to educate without a particular vacation is a controversial matter. I believe that approaches have their own distinctive merits and should each play an integral function to future employments of scholars.
On the one hand, I personally agree that institutions should offer necessary comprehension and abilities of the labor market to students. One reason is that some youngsters have obvious purposes in their life. Arranging detailed courses for particular majors is a clever way of schools to inspire teenagers to fulfill their dreams. It helps students save energy and time in order to concentrate other fields. Another reason is that attending directly actual skills classes will support youngsters completing themselves elaborately. And they plainly achieve intensively understanding of their chosen profession.
On the other hand, I also believe that colleges out to give knowledge of its own sake. Firstly, no everyone has evidently his or her own aim in life, especially determining employments in mind. Giving all degree courses of institutions is a wise approach to assist young individuals in finding what they have to prepare for their future. Furthermore, there are diversity of sectors which universities can grant to scholars. Students are able to simply pursue the fields they are stronger on. And individuals who own wide comprehension lead to meet higher-level qualification valuable.
In conclusion, the function of college is to both equip young students for workforce and delivery awareness to mature their dreams for future aims.
