It is true that many individuals tend to spend their rest of life in workplace rather than caring about the pleasure at work . There are a variety of aspects for this and prospects of desired occupation .
On the one hand , there are diversity of causes why adults spend their time at work . Firstly , wages play an integral part in guaranteeing an acceptable standard of living . Being offered a high salary allows employees to afford to buy a spacious house and eve enjoy a relaxed trip . Furthermore , one of the best motivation is competitive income . Unilever cooperation , for instance , usually provide a pay rise to its staffs who achieve sales targets during the year . This will stimulate individuals to try to work hard and enhance the level of job performance .
On the other hand , expectation of a job satisfaction is a necessary requirement of workers . One reason is that environment and culture at work are important factors to employee . They can be easy going to express their opinions about problems of company faced or contribute their comprehension into fields they are stronger on in order to put in win – win situations . Another reason is , being worried about incomes of people maybe reduced . offering proper wages suit capacity of each person will warrant a stable life . IT helps workers concentrate their job and freely mature their abilities .
In conclusion, it seems evident that although money has an important role to spend major time of adult life , choosing a job which meet gratification of employee is a good way to purse
