The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparison where relevant.The table compares total number of guests who visited Ashdown Museum between during the year before and after redesign. The pie charts illustrate the percentage of visitor satisfaction in terms of five separate levels over the same different periods.
It is clear that the number of guests came to Museum in the year before redesigned was lower than after. The proportion of visitor satisfaction increased over the period before and after repaired.
There was a increase the number of guests who visited Ashdown Museum from 74,000 people during the year before refurbished to 92,000 visitors for the year after repaired.
The figure for very satisfied and satisfied levels were rose significantly from 15% and 30% to 35% and 40% in turn during the same two periods. In contrast, there were a decline during the year before and after designed for dissatisfied level from 40% to 15% respectively, compared to 10% to 5% in turn for very dissatisfied level. The proportion of visitors who did not have any response accounted for 5% over the separate periods.Attachments:
