The bar chart illustrates data on the percentages of users connecting to the Internet in four types of location between 1998 and 2004.

Overall, the percentage of people who used the Internet at home and in the library remained relatively constant, while the figures for access at the other sites decrease. Additionally,home was by far the most common place where users accessed the Internet.

From 1998 to 2002, there was steady reduction in the percentages of individuals accessing to the Internet in library, however, it still the second highest one of around 20%, after the figures of those using the Internet at home with the remaining in about 50%. On the contrary, in 2002, it slightly dipped to 10%, being the lowest one of all the rates of users in the other locations.

Over the same period, the figures of users who accessed to the Internet in library fluctuated slightly about 10%. Then in 2004, it was higher than the number of those connecting at work for approximately 20%. It is predicted that the number of its will be slightly rise in the following years.
