It is true that many people select jobs based on the size of pay. While i accept this may suit some people, i strongly believe that others factors are equally critical when choosing an occupation rather than salary alone.
On the one hand, there is variety of reasons why salary is necessary that much. Firstly, it is considered the way to meet basic needs leading to a quality life, especially for whom has a family to raise. With money, they can buy a house, afford good condition furniture and perhaps even go on luxury holidays. Furthermore, wages also increase higher labour productivity of employees. If there is a regarding perk for whoever achieved a sales target, it will encourage the staff to try her or his best to do well and enhance the standard of job performance.
On the other hand, numerous people believe that besides salary, other things are also important to get a job. However high-paying job is, some people will never choose it without job satisfaction which depends on hobbies, colleagues and atmosphere in workplace. A suitable one is one of the key consideration for choosing a career. Furthermore, contributing to community is another reason leading individual to a particular job. For example, Miss Linh, who gave up her high salary job in a foreign company, established herself a volunteer organization to help reduce wastes, therefore inspired a lot of people to do right to make the world more sustainable.
In conclusion, other important factors should be considered as well as pay offer when making a career decision.
