Describe someone you know who does something well.
You should say:
Who this person is
How you know this person
What they do well
and explain why you think this person is so good at doing this.Band: 3.0-3.5
1. Fluency and Coherence
– The introduction was lengthy. Preferably, you should go straight to the point and introduce your father and his flair in learning.
– No details were provided on why your father is good at learning.
– Instead, you included unnecessary information about his influence on you.
2. Grammatical range and accuracy
– The most notable errors were related to pluralization.
3. Lexical resources
– On some occasions, you failed to use the proper verb, i.e no objects were found where they should be, or you just used the wrong verb.
– For example, in the first sentence, “the person who do (should have been “does” here) well” does not make any sense at all because it did not tell what the person does well.
4. Pronunciation
– Pronunciation significantly impeded interpretation. You really need to focus more on pronouncing the ending parts, i.e clusters, such as “t”,”sh”,”-ion”,… correctly if you want listeners to understand you.
– The rate of speaking was too slow and made speech monotonous.
