It is argued that some people want to build the strict places or regulations to contend with noise. While some individuals say that they have more freedom to make noise as much as they like. As far as I am concerned, I would agree that it could be better to reduce noise in the life.

On the one hand, due to the development of modernization and industrialization, people use a lot of machines which makes much considerable noise to build constructions or use personal vehicles. Moreover, people really like singing and they use state of the art devices to make loudly noise. In Viet Nam people usually sing a songs in the events such as ceremonies or birthdays, even though some next-door neighbours feel exhausted by listening these sounds. These some reasons why people do not want to control noise.

Although people have freedom to make noise, however some people use their authority to make noise as much as they could. I strongly believe that the government should have some strict laws to control noise. Nowadays, we are living under globalization which promotes the increasing of noise. Particularly, urban citizens who are always effected by traffic noise, engine noise and neighbourhood noise. As a result, urban people have been living under harmful environment which effects the declining level of health. Furthermore, the productivity of work could reduce owing to noise. A lot of white-collar workers report that they could not focus on working because massive cars make intrusive sound in the streets.

In conclusion, I strongly suggest that the government should immediately enact laws to deal with these problems. The human life would be better if we could reduce the noise and build the quiet locations.
