The graph below shows the amount of money spent on books in Germany,
France, Italy and Austria between 1995 and 2005.
Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.Write at least 150 words.

The line graph illustrates data on the figures for money used to purchase
books in four different countries from 1995 to 2005.Overall, the four trends were similar in terms of the general increase.
However, German people always spent higher money on books than the others.In the year 1995, starting at the highest and lowest points were Germany
(at $80 million) and Austria (at $30 million) respectively. In the next 4
years, there was a gradual growth in both of rates. However, throughout the
remainder of the period, while Austria’s money on books remained stable
before having a dramatic rise to its peak at nearly $70 million, Germany’s
amount of money on books slightly dropped to $84 million, followed by
reaching the highest place in all the whole graph at $95 million.The line of the figure for expenditure on books in France started at $55
million and in the next 4 years, it experienced a slow increase to $70
million. By contrast, there was a minor fluctuation in the trend of Italy
before France’s rate and Italy’s rose continually to approximately $74
million and $64 million in the year 2005.Attachments:
