Topic 4 : Rich countries should not employ skilled labour from poor countries, as poor countries need the workers more.
To what extent do you agree with this statement?

It is a controversial issue that rich countries should not hire skilled workers from poor countries who are much more useful in their homeland. In my opinion , I completely agree with this view.
To begin with, I think poor countries will need skilled labours rather than developed countries. Because Rich nations , with a diverse and sustainable economy , can be able to produce a lot of professionals in various fields which help developing their countries whereas, there are very few talented workers are produced in poor nations because of their limited resources. So those experts are more precious and their contributions might make a larger impact to the developing of their countries.
Another thing I want to mention is that weath contries should focus on creating more job opportunities for their citizens. There are some reasonable reasons for that. Firstly , giving more work opportunities for residents can help these countries reducing their unemployment rate which is an important part of operating government. Beside that, it can help narrowing the gap between the rich and poor people. Secondly , in some special fields , internal experts might fit to high position than those who are outside the country because of the cultural conflict which is a major barrier , preventing they work at their best.
In conclusion , from the reasons given above , I believe that skilled labours in poor should not be hired by rich countries and it is better for them to contribute for their motherland .
