Write about the following topic:
Because of the busy pace of modern life, many children spend most of their
time indoors and have a little exposure to the natural world.
How important is it for children to learn to understand and appreciate
nature? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant example from
your own knowledge or experience.

In my view, I think learning about natural environment is really important
for children, because it is really necessary in their real life. However,
modern life makes children spend a lot of their time to do indoor
activities instead of going out and reacting to the natural world. Then I
will show you two main reasons to make this clear.

Firstly, learning about natural world can help you to understand more about
plants, animals, weather, etc … As a result, you will receive much of
useful information which you can use in many situations, especially
emergency situations. For instant, when you are camping and suddenly you
are lost in the thick woods. Luckily, with your knowledge of nature, you
can find the way to get out easily by observing starts at night or winds
direction. If you can not do that, at least with your information you can
find a safe place to sleep or something can eat and avoid dangerous animals
until someone rescue you.

Secondly, there are many serious environmental issues right now about
water, air, forest,… are overused and being destroyed. Some typical
problems like air and water pollution, deforestation, extinction of animals
just because of our carelessness lack of understanding. In addition,
lacking of awareness make us to keep continue destroying our homeland where
we have lived for many years. Whether children understand clearly
environment, they can understand how precious the natural world is. After
that, they will know exactly what they should do to protect earth or maybe
join a hand to keep the environment be clean.

In conclusion, every child should learn carefully about nature because this
is really helpful for them. This future world depends on our children now.
