Chữa bài IELTS Task 2
Topic: whether or not someone achieves their aims is mostly by a question of luck. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Many people argue that people’s success depends mostly on luck and they do not need to work hard to attain their goals. In my opinion, I completely disagree with this view.
I strongly believe that only people who are determined and industrious will be sucessful in whatever they want to do. In other words, they have to plan their schedules including what goals they want to achieve in the future carefully and follow these schedules till the end. Certainly, they will become sucessful in one day. For example, Nick Vujicic, an Australian motivational speaker, who suffer from rare disorber which resulted in the absence of limbs. Despite not having any hands or legs, he still studies and works hard as well. As a result, he is working as a motivational speaker and becomes extremely famous around the world. Thus, determination and hard working are crutial factors that contribute to the achievement of an individual.
On the other hand, by contrast, luck is only a small factor in determining one’s achievement but if we only look forward to luck, we cannot reach our goal achievement. This is due to the fact that getting to success is never a straight line. For instanct, if student who hope to be luck and do not put all their efforts to study in the exams, they will probably fail, no matter how lucky he or she may be.
In conclusion, for the reasons I have mentioned above, I strongly believe that in order to achieve objectives in life, people must be extremely determined and hard-working to follow his or her passion till the end in spite of how difficulty it would be.Attachments:
