6. The diagram below shows how solar panels can be used to provide electricity for domestic use.
The given picture illustrates the electricity production from sun energy by solar panels for domestic needs.
In general, there are five distinct stages in the whole electricity generation process, beginning with absorbing sun energies and ending with the providing electricity for daily activities.
At the first stage in the process, solar panels in the roofs take energy from the sun and convert into DC current. Next, many inverters in your house will change DC current into AC current to control the electricity as well as electricity production.
At stage three, the electricity is distributed to your home via electrical panels. At the fourth steps, if provided solar electricity exceeds people’s consumption, some utility meters will send extra power back the grids to save the energy. At the last stage, when there is a lack of power provided by solar panels for your consumption, electricity will follow into utility grid via utility meters.Please kindly check my notes here, and feel free to leave comments if you have any questions.
