The follow chart clearly divides the process of getting driving license in
US into three main parts, and describes the features of each part.

The given chart illustrates some specific steps to get the driving license
in the US. Overall, the eye test is the most important phase in the process
because candidates have only once to do it while they have three chances to
handle the written test.

Candidates have to complete the eye test which bases on visiting the test
center and filling the application. If candidates overcome the take eye
test, they will continue paying the fee, otherwise they cannot get the
driving license.

After paying the fee, candidates are forced to pass the written test to
have an opportunity to take driving test. If they complete successfully the
driving test, they will pass and get license, otherwise have to pay the fee
again to do new written test.

However, if they cannot finish well the written exam, they will have two
opportunities to complete the written test to come back the driving test
again. If they cannot overcome these tests, they have to pay the fee again
and do new test.
