7.The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors
to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel’s customer service. The same
questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.[pic]
The given pie charts illustrate the responses to a research about customer
service at the Parkway hotel between 2005 and 1010.Overall, there was a significant improvement in the hotel’s quality. While
most of the clients evaluated customer services which were satisfactory and
poor in 2005, an excellent feeling and good thinking were their opinions in
2010.It is noticeable that standing at 5% in 2005, the percentage of researched
participants rating hotel’s service as excellent then showed an
extraordinary increase to exactly 28% in the following 5 years. Similarly,
only 14% customers thought guess service as good in the first year
researched, this figure then rose dramatically to 39% in 2010.However, the proportion of people describing service in the hotel as
satisfactory witnessed a considerable decline from 45% to 17% during the
period recorded. Furthermore, there was a half of decrease from 21% to 12%
in the number of people rating the service quality as poor. Besides, the
rate of people evaluating quality of hotel as very poor dropped about
fourfold from 15% to 4% from 2005 to 2010.Attachments:
